In case you missed it, the 32-year-old actress announced her engagement to Benny Blanco on Wednesday night (November 11).
Gomez took to Instagram to reveal an up-close snap of her large engagement ring with the caption “forever begins now,” as well as another snap of her smiling from ear to ear while sitting on a blanket with picnic accessories.
The post also included a selfie of the ‘Love You Like A Love Song’ singer looking close to happy tears as she covered her mouth with her left hand and a picture of her showing off her ring for the camera as the producer, 36, wrapped his arm around her and kissed her head.

The ‘Same Old Love’ musician also took to her Instagram Story to share a video of her FaceTiming somebody who was screaming with excitement as the star held up her hand to the camera.
As of the time of writing, the post amassed over 12 million likes with many celebrity friends sharing their congratulatory messages in the comment section.
Blanco was ready to make their union official as he commented: “Hey wait… that’s my wife.”
Cardi B remarked: “Waiiiitttt hold on” and chef Gordan Ramsey quipped: “Congratulations to you both it must be the cooking,” while Jennifer Aniston wrote: “HONEY!! Congratulations sweet mama!”
The Only Murders In the Building actress’s best friend, Taylor Swift, also entered the chat, penning: “Yes I will be the flower girl.”
Fans were of course over the moon at the prospect – here’s hoping these two make it happen on the day!
Gomez and Blanco – who previously collaborated on the 2019 single ‘I Can’t Get Enough’ – began dating midway through 2023.
In August 2023, the couple released Gomez’s Blanco-produced single ‘Single Soon’ and then officially confirmed their romance in December.
The pop icon opened up about her relationship with the record producer to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe two months later, saying: “Without getting into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you.’
The engagement news may not come as a huge surprise to anyone as back in May, Blanco revealed on The Howard Stern Show that he could see marriage with the Wizards of Waverly Place star in his future.
“When I look at her … I’m always just like, I don’t know a world where it could be better than this,” he said at the time.
When the host asked if he had a ring yet, the Grammy-nominated star confessed: “I don’t have anything. I got no shoes on! I gotta get my act together.”
